When it comes right down to it, managing a career in the midst of life outside of work truly is a balancing act! However, at LSD, we have always tried to offer our staff a professional career opportunity balanced with in-house personal and professional training and skill development programs, interesting and challenging work projects, voluntary participation in "fun committee" events, and ample time away from work to enjoy personal pursuits and interests. We also support positive involvement in our communities and professional organizations, and help with the cost of maintaining professional licenses and organization memberships.
It is true that a career is about work, but we also understand that life does not pause to be continued later. We offer multiple flexible-work schedules, baby-at-work options, and a generous personal time off (PTO) policy and PTO donation program (as needed), to help our employees better manage their personal/family obligations and pursuits.
