Throughout its history, LSD has provided environmental and design services to federal clients and in response to federal regulations such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); the Endangered Species Act (ESA); National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA); and the Clean Water Act (CWA). LSD has a GSA contract (GS-10F-0063P) to provide environmental planning and compliance services under Schedule 899 (SINs 899-1 and 899-7).
