Environmental Monitoring

LSD has provided environmental monitoring services for more than 20 years on all types of projects, from light rail and streetscapes to gas pipelines. We provide routine monitoring and construction monitoring services on behalf of the project sponsor, as well as compliance monitoring on behalf of regulatory agencies. We have a large in-house staff of biologists; archaeologists; Clean Water Act (CWA) permitting specialists; and construction inspectors, so we have the boots-on-the-ground staff needed for large projects located in sensitive environments. Our monitoring services are coordinated with each project’s activity sequence and critical path schedule—from preconstruction surveys to post-construction assessments. We also provide regulatory compliance training.
