Dust Control Training

As of January 1, 2011, the Maricopa County Department of Air Quality no longer allows the third-party training for Rule 310. From this point forward, only the County will be able to provide the Dust Control Training. Please find the county training link below:

Dust Control Monitoring

More than 30 LSD staff—including Clean Water Act permitting specialists, archaeologists, biologists, and landscape architects and designers—are certified dust control monitors who can monitor for dust while providing services within their areas of technical specialty. We have staff available to provide dust control monitoring in Arizona; Clark County and other areas of Nevada; and in other states throughout the West.
