Wayne has more than 35 years of natural resource-based landscape design; environmental planning; and Section 404 permitting experience for infrastructure-related projects such as utility lines, pipelines, roads, bridges, lakes, treatment plants, multi-use trails, and municipal facilities. He is responsible for LSD’s Clean Water Act permitting (Section 404/401 and 402) activities. In addition to traditional landscape design, Wayne’s landscape architecture practice includes native plant inventories, restoration and revegetation of natural settings, watercourse and riparian restoration planning, designing constructed wetlands and habitat replacements, and preparing storm water pollution prevention plans and erosion control plans.
